DeckCalc provides planning estimates. It does not provide quotes, engineering or code compliance.
Estimates only. Cost figures, material counts and 3D models produced by this site are planning estimates based on national-average unit prices and simplified structural assumptions. They are not contractor quotes, bids or guaranteed prices, and actual costs vary by region, site conditions, materials chosen and market changes.
Not professional advice. Nothing on this site is structural engineering, architectural or building-code advice. Deck design and construction must comply with your local building code and permit requirements; consult a licensed contractor or engineer for your project.
Use at your own risk. Verify all quantities before purchasing materials and all dimensions before cutting or building. DeckCalc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on its estimates.
Acceptable use. The tools are free for personal and commercial planning use. Automated scraping that degrades the service, or misrepresenting DeckCalc estimates as official quotes, is not permitted.
